This is a good 3 wheel inline skate with 100 mm wheels, that are good for outdoor marathons (indoor skating races don't allow 3 wheel skates). The seller has provided extra screws, an additional axle, and allen keys to convert the 3 wheel skate to a 4 wheel inline skate. The shoes are durable and well made. Contrary to what people have commented here, the middle strap should not be tightened too much (to allow flex), and it is good enough to hold the foot in place. The top strap is what should be tightened securely (to prevent the flex of the ankle), and that is of a good quality in this skate. The laces also should not be too tight either (otherwise you will experience pain in the foot), and the ones given in this skate are of good quality and get the job done. The wheels and bearing are also quite good and allow for good speeds to be carried. I have not used the skates long enough to comment on the wear, but the wheels feel durable enough. The frame is made of aluminum alloy and is quite sturdy. The plastics are okay, and for 3299/- one can't expect better. Overall this is a good inline skating shoe and the addition of the carrying hook makes it easy to carry. I would not recommend this to beginners, as they might not be accustomed to the speeds these skates could sustain. It would be better to go for the 4 wheel roller skates, than start with roller blades. This can be used for professional outdoor skating, but for outdoor races you would want to go for 125 mm wheels.
