Menopause helper!
Love that this is 1mg. There's not a lot of low MG choices out there. I don't need 10mg just 1 or 2. This has been a great product when you need just a little something to help you drift off. Mint flavor is nice, not too strong. My little menopause helper if you please

Not to be Swollowed
I had no idea that these pills were not to be swallowed but placed under the tongue. This is an inconvenience for me.
