Convenience in a tub
As it is becoming increasingly difficult to find packet soups in UK supermarkets I was pleased to discover the range of Knorr tub soup mixes available on Amazon. Quick and easy to prepare, can be made thicker or thinner by preference, with more or less liquid to fit a mug or bowl. What's not to like?! It has always annoyed me that European supermarkets carry a much more interesting range of packet soups than we do in the UK. I prefer them over tins and they are much better value than supermarket chill cabinet posh soups in cartons. This cream of leek soup is very tasty, and the addition of extra cream, parsley, croutons, etc. makes a pretty decent offering. Recommended.

Very quick to make up. Not sure how much your going to sell that day? So not sure how much to make up!!!!!! No problem as this is so quick to make. Just keep a pan of boiling water at the ready and add powder as and when needed. Mixes in a couple of mins. Could also use like cup of soup and just add small amount of power to cup/bowl and pour on boiling water. Jobs a good one! Nice an thick with lots of "bits" in it so looks homemade. I have also made it and added fresh leeks and potatoes for a really top quality soup. Love it!
