It is SO GOOD. First ever Ryse protein powder and I’m hooked. I understand the hype. This was so so good. The strawberry flavor was spot on, and there’s little dehydrated strawberry pieces in it that are sooo good. Absolutely give it a try if you like strawberry. 25g protein. 130 calories.

So far, I have been impressed. It doesnt seem as thick as other protein powders I have tried and it doesnt bother my stomach at all. I have loved the flavors I have tried and it mixes extremely well

Tastey, but expensive
Really tastey, mixes well in water or milk. Might try with vanilla yogurt and see if it makes a good pudding. Only downside really is the price, this stuff is WAY more expensive than other alternatives per protein gram.

Great taste and great way to get your protein
I use this in my coffee as a creamer. Yum! Its a pretty clean product. I just wish they would use stevia as a sweetener

There’s strawberry pieces in it..
Love this one! I haven’t found any that I can choke down without it tasting chalky, and the after taste on most is terrible..

This is the best! It has freeze dried strawberries in it. 25g of protein, and low sugar. Taste delicious and mixes easily in a shaker bottle or with oatmeal! Definitely a protein powder so it does get frothy in the shaker bottle. It doesn’t give me an upset stomach and it doesn’t stink. I would buy again!
