**Q: Does this item work with a flat bar bike? All the pics I see at with drop handles only.**
A: Yes it does!

**Q: My handlebar is 20" at its widest point (gravel bike). Will this mount work for that?**
A: It will work technically but the handlebars will touch the wall so the wheel will be tilted.

**Q: how deep do you need to go into the wall with the screw?**
A: 2" lag screws are provided for installation.  They are meant to be screwed into a wood wall stud.

**Q: How much weight will this hold? I have an '80s steel Shogun touring bike with racks and fenders that I'd like to hang, maybe 40lbs.**
A: If it is mounted properly to the wall stud it will hold up to 40lbs safely.

Nothing to dislike!Perfect esthetically pleasing for inside your home when you do nothave a garage. I used my own better quality screws etc to put it up. Other than that it is a great quality item. I’m in love with it!

It’s a beautiful bike holder, but after installing it on my stud, my bike fell and my wall got damaged. It probably works well for light bikes but not for mine.
