Instant Delicious Lemon 6 Pack Pudding Mix - Delicious Guilt Free Desserts - All Natural, Sugar Free, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Fat Free, & Vegan

Incredibly easy to whip up in my Ninja blender in under 5 minutes. I’m going to share a recipe hack that I came up with when I was craving a creamy lemon cream pie dessert that wouldn’t make me crash out on my low sugar & lower carb clean eating wellness goals. I bought some grain free, lemon flavored “seed & nut flour Sweet Thins” right here on Amazon, they also have “Simple” in their brand name & taste amazingly like lemon flavored graham or animal crackers. I whipped up a batch of the “Simply Delish” sugar free lemon pudding with a 3:1 ratio of fat free ultra-filtered milk to coconut milk in my blender. I added a scoop of unsweetened fresh squeezed lemon powder to make it make a more citrusy flavor and the result was a lemony, thick, super creamy and refreshing lemon mousse style custard! I crushed the lemon thins & mixed with a tablespoon of melted butter (feel free to omit this step, but if you want that pie crust texture, at least use some type of fat substitute) & smashed this mixture into a few oven safe ramekins & baked them for a few minutes. I scooped out this beautiful lemon mousse onto the crust in the ramekins after they cooled down for a half hour. I grated some lemon zest on top. You could add raspberries, mint leaves or citrus segments to be super extra. It is amazing! You can use your imagination for the other flavors to make similar variations of guilt-free cream custard pies with this hack. I hope “Simply Delish” will add this recipe to their box.

Great taste. Use part of a serving to thicken smoothies that I want lemon in. Wish they had gelatin. This works well though. I would prefer Stevia as sweetener but again this works.

I have enjoyed this brand of pudding. I don't like gelatin and need desserts that are low in sugar. The chocolate flavor is good. These whip up nice and I'm able to get a good amount out of a box. I put the pudding in a small jar kept from another item. The lemon flavor wasn't any different. It was creamy, easy to make and set up quickly. The only thing is the lemon flavor wasn't very strong. Next time I make it I will be adding lemon juice and hopefully that will make pudding better. I also made banana pudding and realized that one needed more banana flavor too. You do need to eat this pudding quickly, within a few days of making it.

While I appreciate that there is a healthy-ish, sugar-free alternative to conventional lemon pudding, this one tastes like furniture polish. It’s tolerable if you shave lemon zest into it, but otherwise it’s almost inedible. Pity.

I would not get the lemon flavor again. It tastes like a cleaning agent. The other flavors are much better.
