Too Soft, But May Still Do The Job For Some
I bought this foam roller because the other brands I used kept cracking. This roller had a solid core and had good reviews regarding it's durability. I can confirm this - it has not broken.Unfortunately, it seems like that in order to prevent it from cracking, they use softer foam material. This takes away from the intensity of the massage. This may be perfectly acceptable for those that prefer a softer massage. Unfortunately, I enjoy the harder rollers, so this is not too useful for me.If you like hard rollers that provide a hard massage, this is probably not the roller for you. If you find hard rollers too intense and would like something softer, this is a good roller for you.
