It's a great Camera
I am not a big picture taker. I haven't had a camera in years. This camera is my first digital camera and I love it. My husband and I are building a house now and I take the camera every day for construction shots. It takes great pictures when set on auto and it is so easy to use. When the pictures are printed the are very crisp and clear. I tried some of the other options on the camera itself but didn't see much of a difference.(could be me). I did buy a 1GB memory card because the camera itself holds only about 12 pictures. I also carry extra batteries because the original ones went bad within a month. I was prepared for the memory and battery problem so it didn't bother me.It's a great camera for the price and also for a beginner. I love taking all kinds of pictures and then going through them on my computer. This sure beats the days when you had to develop every picture you took.

Camera works great
Bought a pair of these for my kids, as they always seem to have some project or another that needs photos. My youngest is 9 and she figured out the interface with very little help, just a quick run down. She then experimented with it quite a bit and has used most of the features. The photos they take though sometimes of questionable content, are comparable to the photos taken with our Cannon Power Shot SX110 IS.We are not professional users and take volume of pictures more than quality, just trying to capture life as we go. These cameras work well for this job.Interfacing with the computer was straight forward on Windows XP, and with Windows 7 I just use the OS's interface to pull photos onto the machine.

Good value
I originally bought this as it was one of the most inexpensive cameras on the market at the time. I think it's a good deal but wasn't exactly impressed with the quality of the pictures. They seem lighter on the display, then when downloaded onto the computer seem much darker. It seems that a flash photo taken at 12 feet away should be a bit lighter than it was, and the colors seem a bit blotchy, but considering what I paid for it I can't complain too much. It seems to go through batteries and a rechargeable option would be nice (Kodak sells a battery and charger for this) but AAs are easy to find and carrying spares are recommended.

All you need!
My daughters camera broke a few days after Christmas, so this wasn't the right time to get an expensive digital camera even though she uses it all the time. I found this one for only $70 and was worried because a review said it didn't work right from the box. And either did her's until she put the batteries in 4 different times! We still don't know what was wrong but it has been almost a year and is still working great and takes great pictures! She did say that the battery doesn't want to keep a long charge lately but that could just be because Christmas is coming and the only thing this camera could use are a few more features. But it's been a great buy all in all!

Great little wonder!
I bought this camera since I'll be traveling soon. My basic needs were 3x optical zoom, 5MP, under $100, Kodak brand (or Canon, or Sony or HP) and AA batteries. This one had all I needed plus 7 MP. So far it's proved itself as a great camera for indoors and outdoors. It has enough settings to suite any need, also is simple to use. Most of the times, AUTO is good enough for a great picture.I have to say shutter time is a little slow.

Kodak Easyshare C713 7 MP Digital Camera with 3xOptical Zoom
I just love this camera! My father gave me one some years ago and when the screen shattered (I accidentally banged it against something) during one of my visits to the Yankee Candle in Williamsburg, VA, I was heartbroken. It took me a long time (over a year) to find one and so glad Amazon had it. This camera is compact so you can carry it any where and is the perfect camera for those who have small children. It has a "no shake" function that is perfect when your children or grandchildren are out playing. The photos come out crystal clear, no blur whatsoever. I definitely recommend this product.

Great quality and ease of use
I purchased this item for my 7 year old daughter because of a Kodak that I own and love. She has used it right out of the box with ease. She couldn't stop taking pictures and learned how to use the review and lens quickly. It is truly point and shoot and the price is great. Also we got the color pink and it looks great.
