I can confirm this helps with feminine issues
3/27/25 UPDATE: this herb continues to be amazing for me and my caregiver keeps asking me for this stuff every time she has any kind of feminine issue. You would think Advil would help more, but apparently ibuprofen puts her to sleep. She bought a blend of female herbs herself with this in it, but she told me it didn't work as well as this. My response was "huh, seriously?" because I would think that more female support herbs would be better but this still worked better for her. I guess her body really likes Shatavari. Personally I also think it helps that this is organic. So far this is really been a standout product for me and my caregiver! Haha so her involvement in this has been a happy accident! 😁 I bought this for menopausal support. I didn't know that this could also help with PMS symptoms. This is a new herb for me so I don't know a lot about it, but I thought I would try it out. When my caregiver was over here and was complaining of cramps, I gave her this because it's the only feminine support herb I had at my house. I didn't necessarily expect it to help but it's all I had, and she didn't want advil. When I asked her the next day if it helped, she told me it took the pain away and that she passed a large blood clot. I was like, oooh wow, that's cool! Personally, I bought this for myself to relieve hot flashes. I do notice that my hot flashes have improved. These are just my personal observations about the product.

Easy to swallow, no negative side effects, no obvious benefits (for me)
The capsules are easy to swallow and they don't smell or taste badly, and they didn't cause issues with my stomach or digestion. I didn't note any benefits or relief to the issues that women of my age often have like hot flashes, night sweats, and perimenopausal irregularities. I still have them. I'm glad I tried the product, and I know more now about what doesn't work for me. Reading the reviews, I know it's worked for some others, so it could just be that my issues don't quite match the remedy. I

Great Product. Great Gift for Women Wanting to Have Kids
This is a great Ayurvedic product from Prominent Nutrition. It will make a great gift for a woman, especially if she is of child-bearing age and looking to start a family! Shatavari, also known as Asparagus racemosus, is a species of asparagus plant native to India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. It's often referred to as the "queen of herbs" in Ayurvedic medicine. The name "Shatavari" (Sanskrit) translates to "one who possesses a hundred husbands" ('shata' means one hundred, 'vari' means the wedded one), highlighting its traditional use as a female reproductive tonic. It helps regulate menstrual cycles, alleviate PMS symptoms, and enhance fertility. Rich in antioxidants, it boosts the immune system by combating oxidative stress. It acts as a natural antacid and aids in treating conditions like gastritis and ulcers. It has significant anti-inflammatory properties. It helps the body cope with physical and emotional stress. Shatavari is often used in the form of dried root powder or liquid extract. Made in the USA, organic, non-GMO, free of gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, artificial colors and 3rd party-tested. What else could one ask for? FIVE STARS.

Nurturing Hormonal Health
I recently started taking organic Shatavari capsules, and I’m thrilled with the results! Incorporating them into my daily routine is effortless—just a quick gulp with water, and I’m good to go. What I love most is the sense of balance I’ve experienced. My energy has noticeably improved, and I feel more emotionally stable throughout the month. It’s such a relief to support my hormonal health in a natural way, especially during those challenging times. Knowing that these capsules are organic gives me peace of mind about what I’m putting into my body. If you’re seeking a gentle yet effective way to support your well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend trying organic Shatavari. It’s been a wonderful addition to my wellness journey!

Company appears to have high standards. I discuss 1 question I have for the company. 3.5 - 4 stars
I look for the seller's Amazon product description, photos/marketing section, the company website product details & the product bottle label... all four of these to match up. This product does not have any GMP Certified info/seals/stamps on the bottle label. The Amazon seller's description photo shows a GMP Certified seal. HOWEVER, I cannot find GMP Certified on the website (maybe I missed it, but I don't think so.) The website states it has a NSF-certified production line which sounds very positive (NSF certified refers to products that have been tested and meet the public health and safety standards set by the National Sanitation Foundation.) -- From what I understand, GMP/NSF certifications are two different things. I'll have to refresh my research on this. It's been a while. >> Their website seems to have high quality standards. I would like to contact them to clarify the questions I have and get verification of the GMP certification & the COA. If I follow through with this, as life is busy, I'll definitely update my post. ++ They do offer excellent information about their standards: We source 100% of our ingredients from well-established suppliers that can assure full traceability of every source. We require vendors to provide us with as comprehensive of data as possible, including soil quality and heavy metal testing results, certificates of analysis, testing methods, and ecological impact assessments. They also state they get additional verification from a trusted third-party lab which matches also the bottle, the seller's photos, etc. ++ I see Third Party Lab Tested statement on the bottle, it is stated on their website and in the Amazon seller's pictures. ++ This is comforting! I like it all to sync up. ++ Their website includes thorough contact information if I wanted to question and acquire further verification. ++ Their bottle label has contact info also, along with the packaging box with the contact info that is on the website.
