This is the only toilet I've ever had that actually flushes and leaves the bowl clean. Nothing, I mean nothing is ever left behind WOW! It is also a beautiful upscale to my bathroom and the height is much better than the standard low toilet I replaced. It was also extremely easy to install, my son-in-law who only ever installed one toilet prior, had it installed in 40 minutes! I didn't care for the plastic seat that came with it which was noisy and uncomfortable so I replaced it with a high quality one. Still it is an awesome toilet and I highly recommend it.

I love this toilet because the bowl practically cleans itself with every flush. Tissue doesn’t get stuck under the rim. If you have poop stains just flush again, usually I don’t need to use a brush. It is a little noisy but it’s bearable. It’s a beautiful addition to the bathroom. Easy to get up if you have mobility issues.

The toilet is good quality overall, but the seat isn’t very comfortable. If you sit on it for a while, your bottom starts to hurt a little. Also, the flushing system isn’t ideal—you have to keep holding the button down for it to flush thoroughly, and the flush is quite powerful. If you press the button lightly and release it right away, it only partially flushes. It’s not a major issue, though. Other than that, there aren’t really any problems.

This is a great toilet! With Amazon prime it was delivered for free from across the country. It was easy to install and came with all the necessary hardware except the flush button which I was able to get for 6 bucks. The 17 inch high seat is just the extra height needed to feel comfortable and it's power is surprising for a $210 toilet. Great product with a great value.

I bought two of these HOROW toilets. They flush more completely and quickly and use far less water than my old toilets. One of the HOROW toilets arrived with a broken part. My plumber felt that it was probably a previously returned toilet that hadn't been inspected quite closely enough for damaged parts. I e-mailed HOROW, the HOROW customer service agent returned my e-mail the same day and promised that the replacement part would be fed ex'd the same day and that I would receive the replacement part within 10 days. I received the part in 8 days and the toilet now works perfectly. Great, friendly customer service!

These toilets exceeded my expectations. The extra height from the floor is awesome! I got tired of having to use the plunger almost every time I used the bathroom for harder flushes; these new toilets flush it with ease. If you a good toilet, then I recommend these because these toilets are awesome! When installing these toilets keep the these suggestions in mind. The tank water level in the tank is pre-adjusted. First make sure the tank is straight, then use a jumbo straight screwdriver to tighten the tank screws while holding the bottom wingnut with your hand; this avoids over tightening. If you need new screws, use the set that is in the pack with the wax ring. After installing the bowl bolts properly, set the wax ring, set and straighten toilet, put over bolts; plastic cap locks, washers, and nuts. Tighten bowl nuts back and forth until lightly firm and toilet don't move. Install water lines, check for leaks; no leaks, all done. I highly recommend these toilets.

I just had this installed less than a week ago. It looks great. The tank is smaller than my last one, but that suits my small bathroom. The flushing power is great, though I didn't realize it was a button on top of the tank. The seat is of high quality, with steel bolts instead of plastic and thicker than one I had installed in my other bathroom. Overall I am very pleased, but can't speak to longevity at this point. Having the seal included made it much simpler to ensure the proper fit.

This product is priced right and really does the job. Strong flush removes waste quickly and completely.. Dual flush facilitates small flush and bigger flush thereby conserving water. So far we are happy with this product.

It arrived promptly and was easy to install. We've had it for a couple of weeks and like it. The height is more comfortable for older folks and it flushes more efficiently than our old toilet so it's easier to keep clean. I may buy another one.

Wanted a higher toilet because I have bad knees. This toilet is a bit too high. I'm 5 feet, my sons 5'9" and hubby is almost 6 feet. I think it works for him. We did keep the toilet and it works well, but definitely for people over 6 feet.
