Initially this product was great and what I needed. I’m currently on a 2/3 year backpacking trip and needed a portable charger to keep my phone topped up and running at all times. I’ve used it a handful of times and it worked fine, but now it’s suddenly stopped working and runs out of charge within minutes, despite it saying it’s fully charged. I’m incredibly disappointed as this was genuinely a lifeline for me and now I’m abroad without that safety net I thought I had. I’ve emailed in asking for a refund.

Quick delivery, good value for money, very durable, very easy to use and long battery life plus it charges really quite quick which is great for my walking, camping trips. Only down side is it doesn't have a USB charging cable for when I cant solar power charge.But as I have a spare cable it's fine.

The functionality is great, and it is very useful having the added leads. The wireless charge takes a lot longer than my fast charge plug though and it doesn't charge as much as it states in the description. Great design and still holds a lot of charge. Takes a while to charge up understandably. Size I'd say is small enough but quite weighty to have in pocket. Overall 4 stars due to not matching the description fully.

The product looked and feel solid, 3 stars because the USB C charging cable that comes attached to it stopped working after few days. Otherwise a good product and last couple of charges for my Samsung S 23

Very robust piece of equipment which charged well under the sun (UK, very hot day). I couldn't get my iPhone to charge from the wifi pad, but my daughter's phone charged with no problem and we're not sure if my phone has the facility to charge that way. This is quite heavy (similar to about half a brick), but would be no problem in a rucksack or the car.

EDIT: Contacted customer support and they advised it was probably an LED issue, and I should charge for 6-8 hours and try again. It managed 10% of a 7gAh tablet before reporting empty again, but it still managed to charge to 100% from 15%, and a further 50% on the same tablet and my phone before being genuinely empty. That's still well below the advertised capacity, but even if it could deliver the full 27000mAh, the fact there's no way of knowing how much charge is in it renders it worthless. Riapow were prompt in their replies and did provide a full, non-return refund, so 5* to their customer support, but at the end of the day, don't buy this. --------------------------- Original review: My phone has a 5,000mAh battery. This thing purports to have a 27,000mAh capacity. The first time I used it, straight out of the box, it charged my phone from 20% to 100% in no time, using the integrated USB-C, with plenty left in the tank, and I was understandably impressed. Cut to a month later, I take it to Download festival, fully charged, and it was barely able to charge my phone 50% before being completely drained. I had to leave it outside the tent to soak up the sun, running a cable inside to charge my phone while I got ready in the morning, and in this capacity, it actually worked well enough, but it is otherwise far removed from the functionality it claims.

This is so good for charging my phone up. I got about 4-5 charges out of It. I have an iPhone 11 so the battery is not the best!

Eine sehr gute Powerbank. Habe sie beim Camping und gleich danach im Urlaub genutzt und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Aufladen dauert etwas länger, dafür kann man, wenn einmal voll aufgeladen, die gewünschten Geräte oft laden. Ich habe mein Handy 5 Nächte mit der Powerbank voll geladen und sie hatte immer noch zwei Balken Akku. Man kann sowohl über die beiden Kabel als auch kabellos laden. So muss man nicht extra ein Ladekabel mitnehmen. Praktisch für das Camping ist auch die integrierte Taschenlampe. Die Powerbank hat sich durch die Sonne und die hohen Temperaturen im Zelt auch selbst etwas aufgeladen.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto come supplemento al mio alimentatore da telefono come soluzione portatile in caso: 1- Debba caricare più di un dispositivo contemporaneamente 2- Come é ovvio immaginare, se occorre caricare un dispositivo dove le prese non sono accessibili Poiché io lavoro su impianti fotovoltaici, all'aperto e costantemente con la musica a farmi compagnia, prima o poi necessito di tenere in carica il mio telefono e quindi ecco la mia soluzione con tanto di pannello solare per quel tocco di finezza. Chiacchiere a parte, questo power bank é conforme alla descrizione. Prodotto arrivato puntuale ed integro come sempre, si presenta in una scatola sobria e minimalista, al cui interno troviamo il tutto ben confezionato. La capacità della batteria é piuttosto ampia e può caricare diverse volte i miei dispositivi prima di dover necessitare di una ricarica. Le torce annesse fanno il loro dovere, ammetto di averle trovate più luminose di quanto mi aspettassi. Le uso parecchio la sera per fare ricognizione in camera alla ricerca di zanzare (ancora, in questo periodo) e nonostante l'uso ripetuto non l'ho mai vista scendere neanche di una tacca (la batteria). Molto comodi i cavi integrati usb-c e quello per iPhone, che risparmiano il fastidio di portarti dietro dei cavi e rendendo quindi la powerbank più versatile. Il piano per la ricarica wireless ancora non ho avuto modo di provarla (non avendo dispositivi compatibili) dunque non posso giudicare. In linea generale il design é molto carino e allontana l'idea di avere un mattone con te. Ultimi punti rimanenti sono dimensioni e peso. Queste sono cose che potrebbero far storcere il naso a qualcuno ma date le funzioni in dotazione e la sola capacità della batteria, questo punto é giustificato. Se volete qualcosa di più leggero questa powerbank NON fa per voi. Le dimensioni seguono un po' lo stesso ragionamento. Per concludere: provato da circa un mese, nessun problema fin ora. Il prodotto si é rivelato all'altezza delle aspettative e il prezzo a mio parere é in linea con ciò che offre.
