100-400 hood: Good value, does the job. JJC make good hoods for camera lens, just ordered one for another lens. Compared to the cost of the brand lens hood, this is great value. Also bought the hood for 18-150mm, great fit and product. Would buy from JJC again.

Perfect fit for my canon 18 - 150mm lense

Works ok as a lens hood, but is fiddly to attach. You then have to constantly check if the filter is correctly oriented. If you want to use, say, a cpl, you have to fit it to the inside off the hood adapter. This is a fiddle. I’ll keep it, but probably won’t use it much. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a pancake lens.

Great for a 3rd party lens, could benefit from some flocking or felt inside to further reduce glare but the genuine Canon hood doesn’t have flocking either.

Solid alternative to the Canon hood at a lower price. Works fine without issue. JJC seem to provide good quality alternatives that to the job as intended.

Gibt nicht viel zu sagen. Das Teil passt einwandfrei auf das Canon EF-S 55-250mm. Sieht wertig aus und erfüllt seinen Zweck.
