I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!
