I have always wanted to try activated charcoal and also just wanted it available for emergencies. I found this at a great price and had to buy! They taste like nothing which is great, are easy to swallow as long as you can swallow capsules, and I feel better. I feel like they are very effective and I swear I am feeling better now than before I first took them. I do feel like it takes the toxins out of me! I don’t know exactly how it works but I do feel like I’m using the restroom more often (in a good way because I am usually EXTREMELY constipated) but it’s not putting my digestive system into overdrive either, it just feels like it’s helping it work as it’s supposed to. It does take some getting used to taking a completely black capsule, but I knew that’s what it would be because it’s charcoal so what other color would it be? I am feeling better overall and I truly believe it’s due to this supplement. I’ll definitely repurchase!!
