It’s a twist pen. You twist the bottom and then a bead of oil comes out on the top part of the pen which is a brush tip. You dab the oil on your cuticles then use the brush to rub it in over the nail and cuticle. There is also a ‘cuticle pusher’ on the lid of the pen, but it’s quite soft so doesn’t do much. Will this grow my nails ?

Use it with Mavala Nailacton nail cream, worked wonders with my splitting nails.

Can you refill with your own oil once the product is empty?

As far as I'm aware it's not possible to refill once empty

How do you know when its empty? Is it when it keeps clicking ?
