No Good
Terrible. My daughter hands slipped out of these and she went flying of the metal bar I had to take her to the hospital. The padding in it doesn’t allow for the gymnast to get a proper grip on the bar

Bought these to do “giants” for gymnastics. Not the right thing. Had to return
