Works well. A pharmacist told me this was discontinued because it didn't work, but I find in ten minutes my head is cleared and the post nasal drainage is over so my cough is gone. I will keep ordering this as long as it's available.

I have compared this product with the original patented brand and it is of similar quality in terms of its effect, so I recommend it. I only suggest not to abuse its consumption, only to take it when necessary and as infrequently as possible.

This seems to be helping me clear up my clogged ear very well. It also works very well for sinus problems. I take a pill as needed daily. When out will order more.

I should have looked closer at the description. Please note that this is Phenylephrine, not Pseudoephedrine. I thought I was ordering Pseudoephedrine. Darn. I must be getting old ... didn't notice the difference.Anywhoo! For those that are interested ... The difference between phenylephrine and pseudoephedrine is their efficacy, side effects, and potential for abuse. They are 2 different beasts and I suggest all purchasing this product research pros and cons.
