Very good and very easy to use did the job nicely.

Worked really well on my coffee machine. Important I think to follow process in the manual.

Delivered on time. No English instructions with delivery. You tube video very helpful. Easy to use and two in the delivery box, one ready for next time. Would recommend.

There was no English instructions. Okay it had illustrations of how to prepare the solution etc but it was not the most easy to fiqure out as it showed illustrations of sections I don't have on my machine. And it did not make it 100% clear. I had to search online which really isn't practical for some people. And some really would struggle to understand the illustrations..... So I give it a 3 star. I think I used it correctly but god only knows if I have.....

It took time, some problems with delivery( misleading messages from delivery courier), but regarding the product-I must be honest, I’m happy with the quality, that all its matters 👍thank you🌹

Came with a different label. Watched a Youtube video to make sure I followed the procedure correctly and it worked well.

Uso questo decalcificante regolarmente sulla mia macchina Nescafé Dolce Gusto e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo. Il ciclo di decalcificazione è semplice da eseguire e, una volta terminato, la macchina torna a funzionare come nuova: l’acqua scorre meglio e il caffè mantiene un ottimo sapore. Apprezzo molto il fatto che sia un prodotto originale, studiato appositamente per queste macchine, così non devo preoccuparmi di eventuali incompatibilità. Con due flaconi si hanno due trattamenti completi, quindi il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero buono. Lo consiglio a chi vuole mantenere la propria macchina efficiente nel tempo e prevenire i problemi dovuti al calcare.

Po użyciu według instrukcji żółta ikonka informujące o konieczności odkamienienia ekspresu zniknęła z mojego Dolce Gusto Genio S, czyli można wysnuć wniosek, iż preparat działa.
