A good quality product
The machine is very easy to use and also they have given a proper instruction on the machine and also given 2 spare heaters and a cloth.

Good Product but received damaged piece
Good product but received a damaged piece. The product does not stand as one side of the bottom is badly bent and hence we have to hold it tightly with one hand while sealing with the other. However the product seems to perform its job well. Received a spare heater which is helpful. Raised a replacement request which was cancelled after the return period was over.

My dad runs pickle business and this worked really well for him!

Very bad and Poor inbuilt.
Stopped working, started getting burning smell at very first use. Outside it's Metal body, but inside it's very poorly built. Coil everything is burnt.And no after support for this product.
