Review: Good quality for the price - Haven’t fitted it yet but looks stunning and very good quality.
Review: Had an issue but good customer support. - The tap looks good and was the size I expected. I was a bit disappointed with the flow - great from the filtered tap but not so much from the other as if the pipe is too narrow. It takes longer to fill a kettle. But I guess its not too much of an issue. What really annoys me is that having only had the tap three months, one of the tap handles has broken off. Poor design and poor manufacture. The screw thread is faulty but is too short anyway to ever last long. Update : Subsequently the seller got in touch with me and supplied a replacement part. I was impressed with the level of customer service and am happy to say the replacement seems to have resolved the issue. I have thus changed by review from a 2 star to a 4.

The tap looks good and was the size I expected. I was a bit disappointed with the flow - great from the filtered tap but not so much from the other as if the pipe is too narrow. It takes longer to fill a kettle. But I guess its not too much of an issue. What really annoys me is that having only had the tap three months, one of the tap handles has broken off. Poor design and poor manufacture. The screw thread is faulty but is too short anyway to ever last long. Update : Subsequently the seller got in touch with me and supplied a replacement part.
