Great teaching tool to transition from the life jacket to more independent swimming. My 7 year old can now swim and we use it to teach my son's girlfriend when she comes to the pool with us. its helping her too. Allowed both of them to feel safe while learning to swim. It floats well , is comfortable, and very durable. Great for swimmers who know the skills but just need a little confidence boost

It seems like common sense that a product designed for water use would have stainless steel or aluminum or other corrosion resistant components. Less thank a month and lots of rust even though we rinse and dry after every use. Disappointed in that. As an FYI to parents, it is not a complete flotation device, but rather a buoyancy assist. My 8 year old was testing it and she will still go slightly under water if keeping still. No biggie in that regard or knock on quality, just good to know. It still helps to float. Otherwise it has good adjustment size, zippers and buckles are fine, and the zip pocket is nice for small storage.

My 7yo is delayed and needs just a bit of flotation to help him enjoy the pool. No inflation necessary, so no holes to worry about. This belt does the trick for us. It’s lasted through one season of frequent swimming and air drying indoors completely between swimming sessions. Will hope to use it again next summer but I will definitely buy again if needed.

The idea is great but it's been falling apart since the 3rd time my grandson used it. The gromets came off the 2nd time he used it. The Idea is great! They just need to make it a better quality product. If they upgrade, I will definitely buy again & recommend to other grandparents & parents!

Works well for young kids

The Adult one helps for exercise or just when I’m floating around with the kids. The kids size are good for kids who are learning to swim. They give full range of movement. They are not a life jacket replacement as you have to help your self float.

Use these for snorkeling, and we could be out there forever with these nice belt. Only thing is. I wish the straps on the legs were adjustable. Sometimes they're too big, it got caught here and there on something when we were swimming in the ocean

This is a joke. The leg loops are like 4 feet long each not useful unless altered

Great swim belt, perfect for my almost 4 year old. Forced him to learn to kick and move his arms to get around the pool. After a couple weekends wearing it, he was confident to swim on his own. Highly recommended over a puddle jumper if you want your child to learn to swim, moving their arms and legs just like they would if they were swimming on their own.

This life belt was great for my nephew who was learning how to swim. It offered him support without doing all the work for him. It did not make him float per se like a traditional life jacket, but it gave him enough buoyancy to build confidence in his swimming abilities.
