This is a review for frank body Retinol Body Lotion | Vegan, Cruelty Free Anti-Aging Body Moisturizer. The first thing I saw when I clicked on the listing to see what was in the product (because I’m a skincare nut and check all the ingredients)… was this quote below. “Perfect for babes who have noticed the first signs of aging, I also help to improve the appearance of hyperpigmenation and dullness.” I started giggling because that was hands down the best product intro for skincare I’ve seen. No matter what age- we all wanna have the skin of a “babe” I was grinning because the whole product description was in “Franks” voice… 😂 But then I read below that description. “ Several years ago in a coffee shop, five friends had a drink and an idea: a humble coffee scrub. Their mission was to remove the hyperbole that saturates the skincare industry and make clean skincare fun. So they called me frank and I've been getting babes dirty ever since. That simple, that good.“ I read that and instantly clicked ORDER! 😂😂 I was now laughing pretty hard about Frank while also thinking anyone who comes up with ANYTHING in a coffee shop with friends are my kinda people. My favorite things begin with coffee! So I tried this product out initially because of humor and curiosity. But I did make sure the ingredients are natural, vegan and not full of toxins. I was actually surprised that the ingredient list was full of the same blends and some better options than much more expensive brands offer. The packaging is clean and crisp. I love the pump dispenser (just takes a few pumps to prime it the first use) It absorbs easily and leaves your skin feeling so unbelievably soft! I didn’t order this for my face. (I have some crazy expensive face cream I’m using at the moment) I ordered this body lotion for my hands and forearms which are really beginning to show my age. It’s funny how no one reminds us to take care of the tops of our hands or cover them as well as our face with sunscreen when we are young. It’s not until we suddenly look down and see aging hands that many of us wish we had taken the same care of the tops of our hands as our face. 😢 And getting gel nails under the UV light for years also helps speed that process up … I’m guilty of it so I know.. I’ve been using a great brand of lightening cream, trying to fade some dark spots and not seeing real results. So I decided to try Frank on my hands first. 🙌 Y’all, this cream has worked better on the skin on the top of my hands than ANY other product I’ve used yet. So— I started applying it to my neck too. It moisturizes DEEP and plumps the skin up as well. After a week one my hands looked so so much better! It smells amazing and I can’t quite pinpoint what it smells like- but I want a perfume in that fragrance now too! I loved this product so much, I went down the rabbit hole of the company, the friends who started it, deep dived other products and have a wish list of what I want to try from them next! So glad I ordered this. It’s now going to be a favorite in my skincare routine. And for under 25.00 you won’t find a better moisturizer with these top tier ingredients anywhere else! Great value as well. 5 star all the way!

This facial lotion comes in a medium-sized (4.7 oz) bottle with a pump-top dispenser. The lotion is smooth and easy to spread. I love this bottle dispenser - my lotions and creams end up lasting much longer with this type of dispenser because it dispenses just what you need and none is wasted. The lotion feels nice and cooling on the skin, absorbs well, and my skin feels softer and well moisturized after using it. According to the ingredient list, this contains retinol, niacinamide, peptides, Vitamin E, and several botanical extracts. These are well accepted ingredients for hydrating and firming the skin, improving skin tone, and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. It has some added fragrance and I could detect a light pleasant scent. I have not had any negative reactions using this. Though I can’t review the overall effectiveness of this lotion yet since I just started using it, my first impressions are good based on its good moisturizing results on my skin and the excellent, generally effective ingredients that are in it.

Will keep using it for another Two months- so far no visible improvement yet- been using a month. Cost a bit high- size small. Have to be careful about not using too much and use only on “target “ areas. Retinol is recommended for your face- so I am hoping to see some benefit with this SMALL bottle- it’s size is why I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Smells great! Makes skin super soft.

I was very impressed with this lotion from frank body. FIrst, the bottle itself it tamper proof. There is a tab that must be broken to open the bottle of lotion. I really appreciate this as I know that I am the first person to open this lotion since it was packaged. Second, the lotion is a dream to apply, it pumps out easily and glides on. There is a slight fragrance, but nothing strong. The fragrance does not linger. The lotion is immediately absorbed and my skin feels hydrated but not oily for some time. Retinol has well documented advantages for skin, and I believe over time my skin will benefit both from the hydration and the retinol benefits.

I have been using retinol products on my face for years and am a huge fan but never thought to use it on other parts of my body. Plus due to the cost it would be too expensive to use it on arms, legs, hands, etc. This product comes in a substantial-sized container at a decent price so I gave it a shot. I like it. It goes on rich and creamy but absorbs very quickly, not even a trace of it remains after one minute. It has a mild, pleasant scent which also disappears quickly, and I swear my hands already look and feel better than they do with ordinary moisturizer. It took several pumps to get the product out during first use to the point that I thought it was defective, but keep pumping, it's worth the effort.

I really like generous amount of retinol body lotion as it’s enough lotion to not only use on my face but also other areas as well! I’m pleased how quickly the retinol lotion absorbs into my skin and Doesn’t leave behind a greasy mess! It took me approximately 20+ pumps on the plunger in order for the lotion to come out but it wasn’t a big deal as it’s really a large container so it Does Take Time for it to travel. The retinol body lotion hydrates my skin nicely and isn’t tacky, it also smells pretty good as well! Since beginning the retinol body lotion I haven’t experienced any skin irritations! Overall I’m enjoying this retinol body lotion and in my opinion, it’s a good value and worth a purchase!

I'm at the age where I want to stop the clock or at least slow it down a bit. I've been using retinol products as part of my face skincare routine for a while and have been pleased with the results. But the skin all over ages, and body anti-aging products are not as common. I was delighted to try a body retinol lotion and this did not disappoint. It is a nice, thick lotion which goes on smoothly and non-greasy. It soaks right into the skin leaving it feeling smooth and silky. The bottle size in very generous and should last a long time making it a good value. Hopefully having this in my beauty toolkit will help delay father time a bit longer!
