Went on super fast, socked in and dried quickly. As instructed, I tested an area 4 ours later and it was sealed. I could detect no odor whatsoever outside. I wished I applied this to my outdoor grill and dining area 5 years ago when it was first built. Over the years, grease and spills from dining guests did stain some of my flagstone and there's no way to get that out. After application last week, we had a party and a few guests did spill and everything came up without a stain! The product is affordable too. I've used another product from this company that was also superb but for whatever reason, a quart was $45! This was far more affordable and works. Once dry, you'll see no difference between the area protected versus those that are not; it absolutely maintains the original appearance.
