These are a better value per dose than the other brands. They seem to work just as well, I feel they help with overall gut health.

This is my second time buying them.

Just started taking these so have limited info. They have really no taste. I can mix with other supplements with no issues. I like that fact these are tablets - not capsules even though there is conflicting info on the label. They are natural with no side effects. will update once I have taken for awhile

these are tablets, not capsules as it says on the bottle in the picture. They are non returnable , so unless you are ok with tablets dont buy them. I put the tablet in-between a paper towel and lightly hit it with hammer to turn it into a powder, and put the power in a big gelatin capsule size 0 and most of it went in the capsule. The tablets are army green. I will try them, and hopefully they are fruits and veg in them.

After hearing about a more expensive but a similar supplement advertised frequently on the radio, I decided to try the Amate Organic Superfood out. I read reviews, attempted to compare ingredients to the "advertised so often" product and then decided to give this one a try. This was some months ago as Covid-19 was beginning to rage around the area where I live here in Northern California. I can't say much for what it is or what it does except for one thing: I haven't been sick at all. No flu, no colds, no Covid-19--just staying healthy. Usually by Christmas, I've had at least one bad cold which usually turns into pneumonia. Is it because of being mostly confined to home? A good question and one I've thought about a lot and also thought about discontinuing taking this Amate product but have decided to stay with it. I look good, feel good and that makes it worth every penny it costs.

I don’t eat vegetables. I do take these as part of a balanced nutrition plan. I have stayed very healthy.

I have only been taking for a couple of week and I feel energy that I thought was because I was getting older, which I am but I now feel more energetic alive again my legs are stronger, I feel all together very good. I would recommend these to anyone who has lost there energy and wants to gain it back. I am 76 going this January on 77 yrs of age and I was feeling less energetic but now feel as if I’m in my fifties thank you, thank you, thank you..😄
