Great value for the money, works within a couple of days. Cools as you spray on your feet, makes them feel better. Doesn't smell that bad, just turn the cap and spray on feet or in shoes. One spray lasts about a day.

this works pretty good, when you can get it to spray! the twist cap is very finicky and takes a few tries until it works.
