The team is very responsive to questions, I got a response within 1 day for a question. The build quality is high - the machine feels rigid and strong and isn't likely to have issues. My experience with the 20w version, as a first-run build owner, I think I can say that this machine will stand up. The camera positioning system helps with unique pieces (See the picture of the shield-shaped plaque). The 20w version helped me build a 20k/year craft business and this machine I hope will only expand on it.
