The lavender scent from the beads after melting is perfect. It's not overwhelming, but it's still there. I've never had issues with this wax melting weirdly or with its consistency once heated. My legs and underarms always turn out beautifully, and I've never had any sort of allergic reaction to these beads either, which is saying something coming from someone with eczema-prone/sensitive skin. I also have VERY thin/fine hair, and even with that type of hair, this wax still removes what I need it to. All in all, these wax beads do exactly what I need them to do at half the price of a lot of other brands. It's rough out there right now in this economy, so I try to save money where I can, and these wax beads are one of those areas.
