It is super soft and the perfect thing to wear over a diaper on hot nights. My daughter is 18 months and small for her age and the size 2T fits perfectly, so definitely order a size up. I took away 1 star because of the zippers. They get stuck really easy, which is really frustrating when trying to change a diaper in the middle of the night. The zipper is the only thing making me hesitate to purchase another one.UPDATE: The zipper has ripped away from the fabric already. We have used it for less than 3 weeks.
