This is the best toy for aspiring designers. It is simple but so fun. My daughter is 10 and she has loved designing barbie clothes. It comes with all sorts of embellishments. You can teach them simple sewing or opt for double sided tape. The patterns are really neat as well. Tons of different fabrics.

Bought 2 sets for my daughter's to design together, excellent choice if you want to spark tge imagination of a young aspiring designer, or just a couple little girls to have some plain fun with! Great for the kids, the value to items is on point! And plenty of different styles and patterns. Grab a kids designer book for a few bucks extra to add that extra spark of imagination.

Bought this for my 11 year old Granddaughter. She loved it. The box was full of all different types of materials, sequin tape, ribbons etc. She loves to draw on paper the creates. Amazing!

Cute kit to introduce kids to some basic sewing skills like cutting out a pattern, measuring, using a needle to gather and tack, and using straight pins to secure the pattern to fabric for cutting. There’s a good selection of fabric and decorative pieces, like bows, gems, ribbons, and beads. The child-sized scissors are useless; they won’t cut fabric or paper. To avoid frustration I’m replacing them with better ones before allowing my granddaughter to use this kit. Five templates for different types of dresses are provided on sturdy paper that should hold up through multiple uses. Although there is a description at the top of each template, it would have been better to print the description on each pattern piece as, once cut out, the child won’t know what type dress the piece makes. One mannequin package was split open and two pieces were missing, so we can use only four of the five. Assembly tip: Insert the gripper piece first into the back of the mannequin. Then begin clipping front and back mannequin pieces together beginning with the neck; otherwise, the pieces might not fit completely together at some areas.

the kit did arrive with all described but was not at all what we hoped for so read very carefully to make sure will meet your needs. my 6.5 yr old loves to make clothes for her barbies out of scrap material and craft jewels. i thought this would be great for that but the patterns dont fit a barbie. 1500 tiny craft gems with no way to attach them. wide velcro that doesnt fit the clothes without cutting it in half. there was really nothing she could do on her own. she was very disappointed. we could have saved the money and continued to use our own scraps and taped them to our barbies. this kit provided no benefit that was different.

Bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it! Plays with it for hours. Would definitely buy again!

Bought four sets for my granddaughters ages 6-12. It was difficult for them at first. The mannequins are a bit flimsy but they got the hang of it

Materials and finishing good quality. Pretty patterns. Instructions fairly straightforwatd. My five year old granddaughter enjoyed the concept of making clothes and liked the patterns and material. I think an older child would enjoy actually putting the clothed together. But a good gift for any little girl who likes 11 1/2" dolls.

Absolutely amazing, beautiful christmas gift, I bought this for my two young daughters who are interested in fashion design, barbies and sewing. This kit is so amazing for the price. The quality in the fabric is great very fun designs for kids, and the sparkly wings are so pretty. I love that it comes with the mannequins as well.

Un ensemble très mignon, mais on dirait que la boite était déjà ouverte, plusieurs paquets renversés et en plus le colant de livraison directement collé sur la boîte avec un gros tape dégueulasse et pas de boîte pour le protéger. Ce n'est pas très chic pour un cadeau. D'habitude les articles sont emballé dans une boite. Je vais le retourner.
