Why does the motor not work and have no response?

Please check whether the electric lock wire connection is correct and the voltage is normal. Since both the controller and the motor are high power, so the requirements for discharge are also high, please make sure your 48V is fully charged.

Why does the motor made noise , or the throttle did not respond?

First, check whether the values of High Throttle and Low Throttle are set appropriately. Second, you can increase the throttle acc step in Fardriver (See above). If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try performing a self-learning process.

Why I can't find my controller and bind it in the Fardriver app?

Please make sure the controller is powered on first. Please place the device close to the controller and make sure that the positioning permission and the permission for nearby device.

Does the motor heat up quickly?

It is normal for this kind of motor to heat up. It is normal for the temperature to be below 100°. If it exceeds 100°, please stop using it. The motor is too hot when working, please do not touch it with your body. Avoid burns!

Why did the motor suddenly stop rotating after it started?

Because of the large power controller, the one-time output current of your battery is too large, which turns on the self-protection. charge your battery for a few minutes.
