**Q: What's the measurement of the cup part that you put the potato in?**
A: The inside dimensions of the cup are 3.5" Diameter, 2.9" Height.

**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: There is no stamp of origin anywhere on the ricer. And I no longer have the box it came in. I will say it is of good quality stainless steel and holds up fine in use and in the dishwasher without pitting or staining or rusting.

**Q: what is the the size of the capacity or size of the hopper bowl between the vita-saggia and the oxo brand potato ricers**
A: I use one potato at the time.  The potatoes come out very well mashed.  I never used oxo brand potato ricer because i am super happy with the Vita Saggia.  Vita Saggia has been used in Italy, where i come from, for hundreds of years because it is the best.

**Q: When will I receive money back on my credit card since this item has been lost?**
A: it some times take a month or more for them to take the charge off of your credit card.
