Best Lashes for Your Trip
These lashes lasted a week in Costa Rica in the heat and pool and on excursions. Not once did they pop off or lift in the corners. Totally love these!!!Also, I found that after the first use if I heat the lashes up with my hairdryer on high heat before applying and then again after applying (on my eye) they stick and stay better. After 3-4 uses I clean the adhesive off with water and heat with hair dryer 10-20 seconds and I can use them 2-4 more times. I have used these same pair on two trips now before they stopped sticking. I will admit that before I figured out how to put them on it took forever to put them on. Now I can do it in a few minutes and I am good to go. I don’t always wear eye makeup with them either and get more compliments.

Holy Grail
I am a fan of makeup but I wouldn’t say I’m talented in it like others. I’m practicing and I’ve tried eyelashes in the past and it’s so messy with the glue and I mess up a lot and it just makes me feel like screaming, crying, and throwing up. THESE are so easy to apply and they don’t hurt when you pull them off and if you mess up you can just peel them off and try again. The band is black but if you have eyeliner or a winged look it blends very well. Definitely need tweezers for myself to apply which I already owned.

Waste of money
TOTAL waste of $$ so I contacted Lilly about these 1/2 lashes about them having to use eye liner and the told me no. RIGHT these are real dark if I wore them without heavy eye liner I would look stupid I wanted something simple for a beginner I didn't want to have to wear eye liner. I didnt know or ordered 1/2 lashes and I cannot return them. They also stick straight up. the picture below doesn't show how stupid they look.

Best self application lash
LOVED these lashes. So easy to apply and they really brought the look together. Added in the perfect volume, curl and finishing look to my DIY glam.

Beautiful lashes
Lashes look stunning once they’re on but I struggled with getting them to stick on and stay on. I’ve used glue on lashes for years and sometimes they were easier to apply than these. Because they are so beautiful I will keep them but I’ll be using glue. Just know that you can buy 7prs of equally beautiful glue on for less than 1pr of these. EDIT: on attempt to use the second time they would not stick at all. I will not reprchase.

I wanted to be a hater so bad.
It took 9 days ship a next day delivery. I even tried to cancel and they wouldn’t allow me to. And I was now determined to hate this brand and then I tried them on and damn these little things are amazing….. anyway now I set up a subscription to get them every two weeks……

Not quick or easy or natural
These lashes aren’t as quick as people would lead you on to believe. The heat activated glue on the band is SO thick that it looks like a skinny hairy caterpillar on your eye if you do not try to disguise it with BLACK eyeliner first AND tightline with black eyeliner as well. I was under the impression that I could just slap these on and they’d be cute just by themselves. But they’re not. They’re unimaginably fake and unnatural looking without the necessary prep to hide this VERY thick black lash band. It’s not even the length of the lashes or the style that makes them look grossly unnatural. It’s the ridiculously thick lash band. I know that the length is obviously unnatural, but I think the super thick lash band obviously defeats the purpose of these being quick and easy lashes if you have to disguise the lash band with black eyeliner. Also, I’m having a lot of issues with getting these lashes to stick down in the corners. If you have watery or oily eyelids, forget it.These lashes were supposed to be a replacement for under lash clusters. But at least with under lash clusters you don’t need eyeliner or eye primer or tight line to disguise your lash band. If you have oily eyelids then you know if you want to wear any kind of eyeliner that you’ll have to prime your lids first. Who wants to prime their lids, draw liner and tight line their waterline for lashes that were meant to be quick? That’s not what I paid $16 for.The black adhesive also leaves strange black streaks on my eyes. So if you find yourself having to adjust the lashes throughout the day expect to see black smudges on your eyes from the glue. I have hooded eyes so anything on my eyelid transfers to the rest of my eye very easily. It’s not even that you only have to draw a thin line of eyeliner. You can see in the pictures I have attached that considering just how thick the band is, that you need a somewhat thick line of eyeliner just to hide it. Which is even more troublesome when you have hooded eyes because I already have barely any real estate on my eye lids just to cover it up with black eyeliner which just closes in your eyes and makes them appear smaller. I’m attaching pictures of the lashes with liner and without liner to show the difference. If you have hooded eyes or oily eyelids I’d just assume stay away from this product. I’m not sure that you’d get your moneys worth in terms of what these lashes are promising. For $16 you can just use lash glue and get 10 pairs of cheap lashes that you have to hide the band with eyeliner and tightline. No sense in paying $16 for one pair and still having to hide the band with eyeliner and tightline.
