Comfortable and seemingly well made for a cheap running shoe; great for moderate running
Normally I wouldn't touch Nike with a barge pole; I either go with More Mile at the budget end or Asics at the higher end, but I needed new shoes for my beach runs with the dogs (usually 20-30km per week but harsh conditions) and the price was right so I gave these Revolution 4s a try.I've had them now for over a month, and I find them to be light and comfortable, providing a cushioned but firm ride. Grip is good, and construction seems really good for a budget shoe; the soles are well glued and the uppers seem robust. Fit-wise I normally take a UK 9 to accommodate my broad feet, and these fit well; if anything I'd say they're very slightly more generous than I'm used to, which is a bonus. So no complaints at this point, and if I can get a year out of them I'll be very happy.Update: July 2019. The shoes are still going strong! I've had to replace the laces and inject a bit of glue between the sole and upper around the toe area but given the frequent soaking in sea water that's to be expected. These are turning out to be one of if not *the* hardest wearing pair of running shoes I've had so far.

Won’t break your knees or the bank
Looked for AGES for a pair of running shoes (5k, 3 times a week) that weren’t going to break the bank or my knees. Safe to say that, 3 months in, these are well and truly doing the job! Look nice too!

The shoes have very loud squeaky sounds
I purchased this item 3 times, the first time it was great, fits well and didn’t have any sounds coming out of it, the second time I got it, it had a very very loud sounds using them, so I thought it was just it was a problem with just the item that I got, so I bought it again for the 3rd time and unfortunately had the same bad squeaky sound again. Needless to say am not gonna but this item for the 4th time.

Almost perfect...
Great shoes! Lightweight, plenty of cushioning - it's like walking on air! I've always bought Nike trainers for work and for running, in fact I never buy any other brand because I know what I'm getting here, the size and the fit are always perfect. Unfortunately this time I ordered a black pair but received a white pair - they won't stay white for long in the environment I work in! I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning them, so I'll keep them. I'll need another pair in a few weeks for running an upcoming half marathon, I trust next time the color will be what I pay for.

Rubbish
Buy cheap buy twice as someone famous once said, however I won't be buying two pairs of these!Backs have plastic inserts on ankle which have now broken on both shoes.I won't run in them again :(However as a fashion show they are light and cheap and now will just get worn to pub and back

Perfect Running Shoes
I have been using these for a couple of months and they do the job perfect. They are breezy, comfy, don’t appear to be wearing down fast and don’t cause any aches or paints in the foot or leg area (even when on pretty rough paths). Can’t think of any reasons not to give these trainers 5 stars! Great price too.

Narrow Nike!
Nike were always my go-too shoe for running ever since the late 1970s. They always fit perfectly: size 10 UK. Now, like all running shoes, they have messed up the sizing. I had a pair of Air Peg 33's and bought a pair of 10.5 UK and they felt narrow across the toe box. Same for these. Pretty good cushioning but the narrow toe box caused me to get a blackened big toe nail after a easy 10k run. These are a 10.5 UK too. For goodness' sake Nike (and Asics etc) STOP messing with width and length. Also, go back to carbon rubber outsoles please: they are more durable!

Like a comfy pair of slippers
I ordered a similar pair of these shoes earlier on in the year as I'm on my feet a lot at work and need something comfortable that also supports my feet. I found they suited me so well, I ordered more. No foot-ache, calf ache, etc. Just happy feet. Recommended.
