OLLY Mellow Menopause Supplements, Supports 11 Symptoms* - 30 Count

I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks, so I haven't seen a tremendous difference, and I have heard from other people that they had little effect on them. I'll be honest here, I really feel like I HAVE noticed a difference in the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes, as well as my mood swings -- those don't seem as intense, either. I definitely will keep taking them for at least 6 weeks, to make sure that they take full effect. Don't expect them to "cure you" overnight. Here is the only downside to them: the capsules are pretty hefty, so make sure you are prepared with plenty of fluid when you're ready to take them. I myself take them at night, but OLLY doesn't recommend any specific time of day to take them. I take other OLLY supplements, as well, so I wasn't surprised or bothered by the size of the capsules. They do have a smell (as all herbs will), but it is NOT an unpleasant smell. I am experiencing no adverse affects thusfar. I would recommend giving them a try... because menopause is NOT for the weak!

i will be as descriptive as possible because i have such a unique experience and i want to help others!!! i am on the highest dose of Oralissa for 1.) confirmed endometriosis and 2.) reoccurring hemmoragic ovarian cysts. my doctor wanted me to take another medicine, with horrible long term side effects, to combat the Oralissa side effects which are menopause symptoms. instead, i did research and tried these with little expectation! BUT THESE HAVE HELPED SO MUCH! i was having 6-10 hot flashes a day and now i'm having 1-2! i was having such bad insomnia! now i'm not! i'm so so grateful! already being menopausal as a young adult, i didn't want to have to be on additional medications! these supplements have replaced the need! it's been two weeks! hopefully i'm not writing this five star review too soon!! they are however big capsules with a tiny taste, but so worth it! trust me and try them! i'm so thankful! i literally never write reviews! this product has been a huge blessing to me!

I have been experiencing hot flashes for about two years now. This supplement does NOT eliminate hot flashes, but it has helped lessen them. I like that it is not a prescription medicine that I have to see a doctor for every time I need more.

I don't notice any benefits, but they don't make me sick either.

I’ve tried many brands but this one is finally slowed down my night sweats!

I am on a medication that mimics some symptoms of menopause, like hot flashes. It’s terrible to all of a sudden start sweating-makes it look like you’re up to no good, you know? I’m no longer all of a sudden sweating at work unless it’s legitimately hot outside and I’m wearing a suit jacket. It’s a capsule and smells a little like maple syrup. I feel like this is a quality product, but I think it should be a little cheaper since you’re taking it daily.

I was waking up multiple times each night with night sweats. I take this every night. I ran out and couldn't find it in my local stores anymore. I hope they are not discontinuing it. I didn't take it for a few nights and my night sweats came back. I tried other Menopause supplements and none did what this one did.

Love, love, love this product! Thanks to this my night sweats are gone and I have fewer hot/cold flashes during the day! I know not everything works the same for some people but this works perfectly for me!
