Love, love, love this product! Thanks to this my night sweats are gone and I have fewer hot/cold flashes during the day! I know not everything works the same for some people but this works perfectly for me!

These do work - it takes a little time to see results. My main issues were hot flashes, night sweats, and chills. I believe brain fog and head aches were more related to dehydration resulting from hot flashes and night sweats, so do be thoughtful about drinking enough water. I'm still in perimenopause. Within a few days of taking Mellow Menopause, I started to sleep better (less intense night sweats) but continued to have hot flashes throughout the day. It took 2 week plus before I noticed my hot flashes were becoming less intense. I was finishing my first bottle before I stopped noticing hot flashes at all. I take them every day - I do not skip any days. I don't usually struggle with pills or capsules, but these seemed a little harder to swallow. I usually take them with dinner to help get them on down, water doesn't seem like enough. Finish at least one full bottle before you give up on them.

Excellent product!! I went from having horrible hot flashes several times a day to maybe one or two a week!! It definitely helped me. No weird taste. I appreciate that they are vegan because I am allergic to gelatin.

I’m sure these work great for most women, just not for me. I bought them because the ratings were so good. I tried them for 4 months, and I couldn’t tell a difference at all. I had a hysterectomy a year ago, and have tried MANY different pills, lotions, creams, etc. The only thing that might’ve made a difference is the hot flashes. They might’ve decreased from 10 a day to 9. I would give a one star because they didn’t work for me, but I know my body and most pills, supplements and remedies just DON’T do what they’re supposed to with ME. So I rated in the middle to be fair. And I got so tired of trying all of these (practically) “guaranteed to work” menopause supplements- that I finally just got prescribed bioidentical HRT.

I’ve been taking this product for about two months now and definitely have noticed a difference. I have fewer hot flashes, mood swings, and my body feels much more regulated and calm. I take it every day without fail and felt better within a week or so. I will continue to buy this product and use it. I definitely recommend it if you are struggling with menopause.

So far so good. Has definitely helped with night sweats. Hopefully will help with some other symptoms as well. Will repurchase as I am hopeful that continuing will have good results.

I was waking up multiple times each night with night sweats. I take this every night. I ran out and couldn't find it in my local stores anymore. I hope they are not discontinuing it. I didn't take it for a few nights and my night sweats came back. I tried other Menopause supplements and none did what this one did.
