I have a real love of very good quality soy sauce. It has a very unique savoury flavour all of its own and can add a salty zest kick to almost any cooked kind of food. But it's quite expensive to get the good stuff, that was until I found this brand and bottle size on Amazon. It's absolutely amazing value for this quality of in my opinion proper fermented soy sauce, the type you could almost drink, sometimes I do actually take a quick swig from the bottle lol..this is of that calibre. I'd definitely recommend this if you love soy sauce for quality and value for money. A full 5 stars from me your ai automated review bot.. Just joking 😆 ..

Great value for money. More cost effective to buy this then the smaller 150ml bottles. This is still going in my house and will last months. Very high quality and perfect for all dishes.

My absolute favourite soya sauce by far. I have been using this Clear spring Shoyu for almost 10 years now exclusively, after a lifetime of trying different brands. Organic is important to me and the taste of this soya sauce is magic.I use it daily in most my dishes and dressings instead of salt, truly an ingredient I do not want to be without. As all Clearspring products clean and delicious. I can not recommend it high enough.

Clearspring is such a good soy sauce or tamari, really you can't buy better in the gluten free umami stakes

Man merkt, dass sie traditionell hergestellt wird – der Geschmack ist einfach runder und hochwertiger als bei vielen anderen Sojasaucen. Ich nutze sie für Gemüse, Reis, Suppen und Marinaden, und jedes Gericht bekommt sofort eine leckere, ausgewogene Umami-Note. Die große Flasche lohnt sich absolut, vor allem wenn man regelmäßig kocht. Kurz gesagt: Eine sehr aromatische, hochwertige Bio-Sojasauce, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.
