Best of the Firepot range for me
I think this is the best of the Firepot range (though I'venot tasted the entirety of the range in all honesty). I've had this on camping trips and it was delicious. I did seem to have a distinct after-taste but nevertheless a welcome meal while camping and far more preferable to mere ultra-processed beef burgers which some of my camping companions opt for!

You have to have water
Ah the funky porcini, I tipped this beauty into a pot and consumed the shroomy heck out of it whilst reclining on Dartmoor. It gave me energy, tasted pleasant and for a while I became top chef in my area.

Good size bag
Haven't tried them yet as not had the time but 5 stars for the flavour choice and the size of the bag

Fairly tasty, nice to have a decent vegan option, but a little pricey
As camping meals go, this one isn't bad - it's a bit more exciting than the usual vegan chili non-carne meals you get. Make sure you give it a good stir, overwise you end up with all the flavour at the bottom. If they were slightly cheaper I would use FIREPOT all the time, but as it is, I'd probably mix and match with other brands.

Cooked for 10 minutes, was ok if stuck. Was tasteless and gritty

Tasty and filling
Very tasty, a bit too much lemon for me, but on whole a good product very filling.

Highly recommend
This is seriously good! I usually bring at least salt or some sort of seasoning because I find ready meals are generally quite bland. No seasoning needed with the Porcini Mushroom Risotto. The only thing missing is a glass of wine to go with it ;)
