This resistance band works really well and is very easy to use. The figure-8 shape makes it comfortable to hold, and the textured handles help with grip. I’ve been using it for shoulder and back stretches, and it gives a nice amount of resistance. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, so it’s great for quick workouts at home or even when traveling. For the price, it’s a really useful little exercise tool. Definitely happy with this purchase.
