Specifications for 8 Panels Dog Playpen Material: Premium Iron Black Finish Overall Dimensions (Rectangle): 96.1'' x 32.7'' x 39'' (LxWxH) Each Panel (Approx.): 31.5 x 39’’(WxH) Bar Spacing (Approx.): 5.7 x 1.5’’ Door (Approx.): 15 x 31.7’’ (WxH) Tube (Approx.): 0.6 x 0.6’’ Wire Diameter: 0.1’’ Color: Black Review: Perfect for my catio! - I bought two sets to go around the perimeter of my patio to create a catio area. The cats seem to like it, and after about a month they haven't tried to jump over it or climb it. The panels seem sturdy enough for my cats, but I could see a larger dog crashing though it maybe. I have one cat who weighs 22lbs and could probably put his front paws on the top rail if he wanted to. He is a big cat. The panels are easily arranged in any shape you can imagine. Both boxes came with some holes in them from shipping. The cardboard seems very brittle. But the contents were undamaged, and are well wrapped and bundled. If I need more panels I will continue to buy these as they are a good value and work great for my purpose. The photos feature is broken at the moment. I'll try to add a photo if/when it starts working again. Review: Good with a few tweaks - We put 2 of these together to create a large indoor pen for our puppy while he is potty training. This works pretty well, but can use a few tweaks to improve it. Our puppy is about the size of a cat and is about 7 pounds. One and a half of these units created a 6 x 12 play area, or something close to that for him. PROS: - This is nice and tall. That is why I chose it. Our last (medium sized) puppy figured out how to climb and jump out of our last pen very quickly, rendering it useless. There is no way this puppy can escape this pen when we are out. - It is easily expandable with additional units and is very flexible (good and bad), so it can be arranged to fit almost any space. - It’s pretty easy to put together and only takes a few minutes. It helps to have 2 people for sure, and then it’s really easy. You line up the holes in adjacent panels and drop in a metal rod. - Can be used indoors or out (supposedly, although I wonder if the spikes are really long and thick enough to keep it stable.) CONS: - It is quite flexible in every direction. Our puppy isn’t big/strong enough to move the sides much, but our 40 pound dogs could easily bend the sides (at the hinges) both in and out. This was very frustrating, as pulling the spikes off the whelping pad could scratch the hardwood floors. We ended up using a bamboo pole and some wooden rods from the craft store to stabilize the sides with duct tape. It doesn’t look great, but it really works to keep it in a rectangle. - The door comes off the hinge WAY too easily and is a bit hard to line up to put it back on. After accidentally lifting it off 20 times, I added some duct tape to at least make it harder. - the metal spikes that hold the sides together can easily scratch your floors if you use it inside. We put it on 2 large, waterproof whelping pads (highly recommended) to protect the floors. Some plastic caps for indoor use would be a great addition to the set. - the metal locks on the door are loud and noisy and irritating. I added duct tape where metal touches metal to decrease the noise, which helped. - It’s kinda ugly in the house, but hopefully it’s just temporary. BOTTOM LINE: This is a good pen for a small to medium dog with a few tweaks. Recommended for this purpose.

The perfect solution for a very reasonable price
This product was the perfect solution to keep my dogs on the front porch. I was able to zip tie a large portion of the fencing with gate to my front rails and zip tied the panels together and the gate. It is great and the dogs can't knock it over with the zip ties. I had 3 panels left over and have used them in the back of my house, zip tying them to my deck to keep the dogs corralled in a specific area. Great product. Versatile. Easy to use. Nice height that dogs would not readily try to jump.

Convenient, sturdy and affordable and can always add more to expand
We have a growing English Springer Spaniel Pup. The best feature is that we could order and add on more effortlessly. We now use the original shorter pieces around the deck. As he’s grown we now add the taller option. The pieces can be moved and rearranged for our convenience and also to keep one specific grassy area from total destruction. Great for keeping our new guy from roaming and helps teach him his boundaries. We have it arranged in a way that our pet can’t be let out the back door without worry late at night of the occasional skunk roaming past our yard. Our property abuts a more wilderness area, it discourages other critters from getting too close or tempting him to chase. This would also be great around the garden area!

good product but was used
I would have given this exercise pen 5 stars, but it was clearly returned and repackaged. I purchased two (16 panels) and both looked returned (instruction manual torn open and zip ties cut). I wasn't overly disappointed, however, because there were no scuffs or dirt on the panels themselves - so I was happy in that regard. There were no imperfections so I'm guessing someone thought this was the type of pen that was foldable - saw it was not and put it back in the box; the seller then put new foam around it to protect it and re-shipped it. Again, except for the obvious repackaging, it looked like new. It was super easy to assemble to make an approximately 8' x 10' pen in my living room for a litter of puppies that were coming. I liked that the gate had two latches and just an easy step into the pen (about 6" off the ground). Quality material - I can easily see myself using this for years to come.
