The instructions given on the box are easy to follow. I get very thick hair on my chin and Little on the neck. I was able to pull it nicely. I was a first time user and I saw some YouTube videos to learn how to do it properly(With practice one can get better). Only thing the wax residue or long strands were hanging by while applying the wax. So that was irritating.
