Box had been tampered with. Barbies hair had been cut and superglue!!!!!!! Was rock hard. Absolutely appalling. Returning for refund.

No serious problems
The pants and shoes fit a standard made-to-move Barbie. The jacket requires some careful positioning of the Velcro but you can get it to close around a standard made-to-move Barbie torso. The doll itself has good quality hair. It's so fine and soft it feels a little like like Rainbow High hair. The doll's haircut is uneven but this is kind of standard for shorter-haired Barbies. I've seen some reviews complain about the hair being stiff; this is because it has styling gel in it. Simply wash the doll's hair out with whatever shampoo you use, rinse, apply whatever conditioner you have, let sit for at least 10 minutes, rinse and leave her to dry.
