A Great Pasta Option for Low Carb Diets
These Konjac Shirataki Noodles are an excellent choice for those seeking a low-carb, keto, and paleo-friendly pasta alternative. A generous 52.8 ounces offers great value and plenty of servings for anyone on a health-conscious diet. These noodles are made from konjac root, which makes them incredibly low in calories and carbohydrates. The texture is chewy and slightly gelatinous, and provides a satisfying bite that holds up well in various dishes. They absorb sauces effectively, making them versatile for a range of recipes from stir-fries to soups.Overall, it is a smart option for anyone looking to enjoy pasta without the carbs. It’s a reliable pantry staple for keto and paleo followers and anyone aiming for healthier eating without giving up comfort food. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try if you want a guilt-free pasta experience.

Surprisingly good!
I have been buying these noodles for about two months. I like eating the light Progresso soup for lunch and putting a pack of these noodles in with it. Since they are almost no calories, they add a lot of bulk to a light soup while maintaining the low calories. They kind of are the texture of ramen noodles but they have no flavor on their own. It's good if you let them sit in the soup a little bit to absorb some flavor.I'm experimenting with them in other ways, such as with spaghetti sauce. They are good as spaghetti but make sure you rinse the noodles off and dry them before putting sauce on them. I hear they're good in stir fry and I look forward to trying that. They are a little expensive but not too bad.

Good Konjac Noodles in a Pinch
These are the first and only konjac noodles I have tried so far. They have a good texture and integrate well into many different dishes. I'd recommend rinsing your noodles before use, although I didn't notice any unpleasant odor from the liquid they come in. A single pack at most serves 1, so the value for money is okay. While these are competitively priced on Amazon, $17 for 6 servings is still expensive in my opinion. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find konjac/shirataki noodles yet at any of my local Asian super markets. Since I am using these noodles to meet my diet goals, I am stuck purchasing these.

My pantry staple!
These are great if your trying to lose weight or watching your carbs. Just rinse and heat a little to get a dryer noodle. I've used these to make asian noodle stir fry and also for spagetti. My family gets the standard spagetti and I just make mine with these! They are a little expensive but for what I need them for it's much healthier and the cost doesn't make a big impact as they are only for me and my husband on occasion. He said my stir fry was delicuous!

Excellent Low-Carb Noodle Alternative
I’m extremely happy with the 52USA Konjac Shirataki Noodles. They’re a fantastic option for people with Celiac disease, diabetics, or anyone trying to cut back on carbs while still enjoying noodle-based meals. They also fit well into keto and paleo lifestyles. The texture is different from traditional noodles, but that’s not a drawback — I actually prefer it to regular pasta. Once prepared properly and paired with the right flavors, they work incredibly well.I use these noodles for spaghetti, ramen, pho, and even spring rolls, and they hold up great in all of them. If you’re looking for a gluten-free, low-carb noodle alternative that’s versatile and satisfying, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Decent Low-Carb Alternative, But Not for Me
I decided to try these konjac shirataki noodles since I’m on a low-carb diet and needed some variety in my meals. The portion size is great, one packet is more than enough for two servings. I also like that they’re low-calorie, sugar-free, and keto-friendly, which makes them a good alternative for pasta lovers looking to cut carbs. That said, the texture is definitely interesting, it doesn’t taste or feel anything like traditional pasta. It’s clear, has no flavor, and absolutely needs seasoning or sauce to make it enjoyable. I did my best to dress it up with flavors, and while it helped a little, I just couldn’t get past the texture.I finished the box of 6 packs, but I probably wouldn’t buy them again. If you’re used to shirataki noodles or don’t mind the texture, they’re a great low-carb option. But if you’re expecting anything close to real pasta, this might not be for you!

Ramen textured noodles without the carb!
The spaghetti has texture like ramen noodles, which is the carb i'm always craving. It doesn't have any weird oder, and is a great vehicle for sauces and any protein or veggies you want to add to it. I stir fried in shallot oil and it was delicious, i'm definitely ordering more!

Raised blood sugar levels
My blood sugar rises to 140. The taste and texture are fine. That's a real shame—I bought them because I'm on the keto diet.I felt unwell.

Excellent
Delicious and great for managing weight. I usually put some tomato sauce, can of tuna and love it that way.

Excellent, just a bit pricey is all…
Just tried these. Not like other konjac noodles. No foul smell. Taste just like normal rice noodles when rinsed for a minute and fried. Very minimal rubbery texture however. Did not effect my enjoyment once chicken, pepper and garlic salt added. I’m diabetic and zero effect on insulin my requirement. Can’t say enough. Pricey unfortunately. Great if you can afford it.

Good texture
I actually like the texture and the price was on par, or a bit cheaper than in my grocery store for similar products.
