I bought these after successfully using the original dark sheets to dim the display on two bedroom clocks.I needed something for five new bathroom LED lamps, that proved to be too bright. After cutting to shape and sticking two layers on the lamps, they have made the lighting softer and less harsh. I am very pleased with the effect.*Note - I understand that these sheets are intended for use with LED lamps and digital displays, rather than for dimming computer or phone screens. Please bear that in mind when reading other reviews.

Bought to dim a new L.E.D. Light fitting that was just short of giving me sunburn. The sheets are easy to cut to size and not so tacky that you can`t lift and reposition if needed.The dimming effect can be increased by adding a second layer and I can now go into my bathroom without having to wear a welding mask !!

A good idea and it works. I use it on an outdoor flood light which my neighbours across the road were complaining is too bright so this resolved it while still giving me.llenty of brightness for parking at night.

Got these to use for some led growlights. They work great! So I bought more for some more lights. Little did I know that they don't peel off once you stick them on! So now I'm left with lights that have patches of these sheets stuck on them as they wont peel off 😡. . . So if you planning on keeping them on permanently then great! (As mentioned they do work for the intended purpose) however If not then I'd recommend something different 😒

I changed 4 down lighters . recently and fitted new LED's The white light was too distracting and several visitors commented on them so I needed to change them again or find a clever solution to the problem. My son is a part time actor and model and he mentioned LIGHTDIM.com so I looked them up on amazon and ordered them straight away. I'm delighted to report that I had great success when I fitted their dimming film today. You can use multi layers for the desired soft tone that you desire. I used 2 layers.- 5 stars , ease of ordering/packaging/delivery.

I've recently installed ceiling LED lamps in our house which turned out to be a bit too bright and different from the lights we already had installed in the rooms. I was looking for a solution to soften the light. I hit on the LightDims solution and it worked really well for us. The lights are now softer and exactly how they should be. Using the folio was easy. I even placed a few strips to dim the irritating led indicators on phone chargers, etc. which also worked well even though there is another type of folio from LightDims for that specific purpose.

I hated my spot lights, they gave me a headache. I had to apply 2 layers to get rid of the glare, and the only downfall is that they are white so don't look very nice on the light. However the effect massively out weighs looks. I now have softer lighting and will be buying more. Thank you.
