They’re not the cheapest, but the way they work is brilliant. Great hydration, easy to take while running, and no need to carry a bottle with me. These helped me finish my first 10K charity run with zero stops, thanks SIS GO! Price to quality is spot on, they are tasty and they often run good promos too. Long shelf life, and every time you see them lying around they remind you to get out and train. Highly recommend giving them a try.

These gels are great and provide some energy. I was expecting to feel more but they do something! They are really easy to use and taste nice! Will say if you haven’t used them before, they are weird at first but really good once you get used to them!

My go to running gels! Used to get them at home bargains for 89p a sachet, but they seem to have stopped doing them. So £4.99 for 7 sachets is a bargain and a variety of flavours aswell. Long dated - EXP Jan 27, bought May 26.

I've used these during my marathon training block. They're the only low sugar gel I can find which is great for diabetics, pre diabetics or if you want to avoid spiking your blood sugars, like I do. I agree the gels are thick, but only when they're cold. If you leave them in a warm place, hold in your hand or keep in your back pocket during a long run they warm up and the consistency loosens up making it easier to consume. No stomach issues for me. Apple tastes like baby food out of a jar... Other flavours are decent. Always the option to buy single flavours you prefer. Give them a go!

The gels are decent. The ingredients are OK and you don't feel the effect as much. They taste as the flavour describes it, fruity! They are easy to swallow and do not need water to get through them. However, I had an issue with my order, one gel was removed with the package open, and I could not return it, unfortunately.

La consistenza è fluida e non lascia la bocca impastata o la necessità di bere subito dopo l’assunzione. Fa il suo dovere dandoti un boost di energia quando sei in gara. Si apre abbastanza facilmente, ma per facilitare ulteriormente lo strappo, io ho tagliato leggermente l’invito sulla parte superiore della bustina, così da non rischiare che si aprisse male e uscisse con difficoltà durante la gara, come mi era successo in allenamento.

Product very good, very fast absortion and a very good size. Nothing too big, or too small. But easy to drink and give you a small push to complete your goal.
