Authentic Szeged paprika, I thought it had good flavor and color and I have been pleased with using it in my cooking. Even though packaging of a flat envelope type is not convenient, I still gave 5 stars because I felt the quality was excellent.

This paprika is the real deal. It has TASTE, and an ever so slight-slight sweetness. Delicious. It's so freshly packed, as to be just a teeny hint cakey, not sawdust dry. Perfect!
