really nice saffron I have bought this brand from Spain before. it's smells awesome and is very vibrant in colour. taste is fantastic. Will buy again.

Package is covered in sticky plastic and very awkward to get into (hence 4 stars). Keeps it fresh I guess. Saffron itself is great though

My husband uses this frequently in his cooking and found it to be of good quality. It arrived in 4 separate small boxes which is better than one large one and was delivered very promptly.

This is fake saffron. The strands become white and completely lose their colour after a couple of minutes. Real saffron should not change colour and should remain red in colour but fake saffron will lose its colour as it is dyed... I am very disappointed as this wasn't exactly cheap!
