This is the best nappy rash treatment I have ever used. My little one has used this and it was fantastic. It’s a great shame this has been discontinued as it was the best product I’ve used and it cleared my little one’s sores very quickly, cleared the rash a for treatment was absolutely perfect. I do hope the suppliers are able to get this back because it’s by far the best and most trustworthy product and I am unsure now of what brand to go with as I had such a positive experience with Metanium Nappy Treatment and I don’t feel other brands will be as good. The “Yellow one” was our favourite, always kept my little on well treated when required.

I got this cream for my premature son, after he developed a rash to a different brand of nappies. I had tried other creams, but nothing was helping and he was getting distressed at nappy changes. This cream cleared by the rash pretty quickly, leaving him much more comfortable. I also used this cream for my much older children, and with them. The cream also never failed to help clear up nappy rash. The only downside is, if you are not careful. The cream can stain clothing. However, it is totally worth it for its ability to clear up even the bad nappy rashes and bring my baby comfort

I am sadly bed bound and get skin infections very easily, anywhere where skin touches skin, or skin rubs on sheets, or where skin gets hot and sweaty, back of my ankles, elbows, thighs etc, this cream takes away all the rawness, stops it feeling sore and gets rid of the redness overnight, even my worst infections have cleared in 48 hours. It has prevented much worse infections and ensured I’ve never had a bed sore, as soon as my skin is even slightly red I smooth over a fine layer and by morning all signs of flare ups are gone. I also used it on my babies who had supper sensitive skin and it would clear up all nappy rash just as quickly as it works for me now. I always ensure I have a tube in the house, magical cure all. Please be aware a little goes a very long way and it is messy transferring onto clothes and sheets etc every time but is easily washed out and doesn’t cause any permanent staining. Well worth it to stop skin infections in their tracks.

This cream is fantastic, the only cream I trust for nappy rash - really hard to come by these days but it was delivered really quickly.

Good for rash

This works amazingly. I’ve used it for all my children and it clears nappy rash much better than anything else we’ve tried. Downside is it will stain clothes if it gets on them so we are always careful with that now and the tubes aren’t the best because the cream seems to come out too much without squeezing so quite a bit of wastage but it’s still definitely worth getting and using because of how well it works

This is the best nappy cream I have ever ever ever brought honestly it gets rid of nappy rash so easily and it’s so soft on the skin. The only thing I will say is it Staines clothes and furniture really easily so please be mindful of that but the cream itself is incredible.

I know this is hard go get hold of now and can see why. It’s absolutely brilliant when got nappy rash and my baby had diarrhoea - cleared it up. Even when it was soo sore it really worked with getting rid of soreness

Our baby developed diaper rash quite easily when she was younger. The standard zinc based diaper rash creams available in Canada did not seem to do the trick. After some research, I had heard the Metanium had been effective for some people despite the zinc based creams not working. Unfortunately, as I learned, this product isn't sold in stores in Canada. Luckily, I found it here on Amazon and can now state that it works well for my baby, too. If the diaper rash creams available in Canada aren't working for you, try out this stuff. It contains Titanium Dioxide, Titanium Peroxide, and Titanium Salicylate, whereas the Canadian creams contain Zinc. All the ingredients work under the same premise, but the minor change might be all you need.

This is a great product and it cleared up my son's diaper rash in one day! It's so effecient we still have more than half a tube. A couple of points for people that have never used it before. Read the instructions! You only need the slightest amount and should still be able to see the rash through the ointment. After applying, we put some A&D on top of that and it worked great in a day. Our nanny, on the other hand, couldn't find the A&D one day and put this on him nice and thick like you would any other ointment and he promptly had a rash from over exposure. You only need a little amount until the rash is cleared up. It also shipped lickety-split to my son's appreciation.

Very good in treating and preventing nappy rash

My newborn developed a diaper rash within the first week of birth, despite frequent diaper changing & use of barrier cream right from the start. We tried several different brands of diapers & wipes, including all the 'natural' types. We stopped using disposable wipes altogether a few weeks ago & only used organic cotton reusable washable ones, which helped a little bit. We've used vaseline, creamy vaseline, Penatin & Desitin all with no improvement. This ointment was recommended by friends overseas & I was delighted to find in on Amazon. It took under 2 weeks to ship from the UK & the rash has quickly improved upon starting it. It is finally almost gone! Very happy & impressed!
