I had a very horrible experience with Amazon regarding clothes.
The fabric is really bad, and the value for money is zero. The color didn’t match what I ordered, and the return process is still ongoing, but the delivery agent hasn’t come to pick up the product. Amazon’s service is really poor. On top of that, the size I ordered wasn’t even correct; I ordered 'S' but received 'XL.' This has been a very bad, truly disappointing experience ordering clothes from Amazon. This was my first time ordering, and I got nothing but disappointment, even though I've been an Amazon customer since 2014. I didn’t receive any special help either.
