First of all its not at all useful and will not give effective massage. And this product is for replacement not for refund so it unnecessary spending your 5800 rs. Don’t buy it.. You will only lose your money.

My wife use this massager every week to relieve tension in her neck, back and everywhere and she always feels great after a massage session. Heating is really nice and the massage is strong and very effective. Highly recommended. The only downside is when I use it (I'm 6'2, over 275lbs), it's confortable but I feel the motor is stuggling when I lean a little bit too much on it. I need to keep strait on the chair to get the best results.
