So excited I can finally have egg rolls!
This was such an exciting find for me! I miss having egg rolls and wontons. It's a bit of work to mix this up, but I really appreciated how I could roll it out and it actually stretched without breaking and crumbling easily like most gluten free mixes you try, whether pie crust or whatever it may be. It really actually stretches. The only advice I'd give it to roll it even thinner than you think you should or it gets really bread-like and chewy. When I got the hang of it, it made for really amazing egg rolls and crab rangoons. Definitely something I'll purchase again.

Prior to diagnosis i made killer homemade potstickers. It is my favorite food and I only feel like I'm missing out on gluten when potstickers are brought up. Two tries with this mix, I cannot get them thin enough to achieve the right texture. So sad. More like a pierogi.
